Daniel, his sister and I went recceing Sentosa today. Met at 10.20 (I was late, as usual, cos I didnt hear my alarm at 7.50 and instead woke up at 9.) and took a cable car over. Glass cabin was super not worth it . Don't ever EVER try it, its just an extra 6 bucks to turn the opaque floor translucent-transparent plastic thingy, so that you can look underneath the cablecar and stare into the ocean. Super big waste of money.
After everything I called the cablecar hotline for corporate bookings; for 20+ tickets for SWA it costs $10 per pax, excluding admission to Sentosa.
Went to Cineblast. I didn't think it was that great: it was just sitting in this chair, buckling up then watching a movie which you sort of "participate" in by being the rider. No water no whatsoever, all that happens is that your seat jerks around and leans forward backward rightward leftward everywhere, together with the movie (its 3D, you get this pair of glasses). Quite boring, would have preferred simply 3D movie (its pirates now) but we didn't watch it. Cineblast and 4D Magix are all not suitable for the elderly and the weak at heart (lol imagine old Mr Ing taking this ride). So now we have it up tentatively, with Butterfly Park and Insect Kingdom as an alternative. Images of Singapore would be nice too (we didn't go).
Next was lunch at Underwater World foodcourt. There was only chicken rice and chicken cutlet rice or noodles available. Price range $6-10. AND THEY CALL THIS A FOODCOURT?!?
Checked out prices of Underwater World and the "fish-bite-leg" thingy (this term was coined by Daniel). We believe the guests are that rich to just spend on this luxury.
Took the luge-and-skyride at Imbiah Lookout after that. NICE! Its a MUST-GO to almost everyone who goes Sentosa!
Anyway thats that for Sentosa. We took the cable car back to Harbourfront.
Duck Tours package: $450+ for 1 entire Duck (31 pax). Cheap, considering the normal price: $33 for an individual adult. Meaning around $1000 for 30 people!

This template is, obviously, best viewed in MSIE6+ (Microsoft Internet Explorer), although I still prefer using
Mozilla Firefox so many times compared to IE. The only reason why MSIE is the better browser to view this skin in is because MSIE is the only browser in the world which doesn't follow WC3 standards and allows web developers to change scrollbar colours, leading to lots of complaints from pro-WC3-standards people! But anyhow,
Mozilla Firefox is still the number ONE recommended browser!! :D
